Flip the pedal over and remove the 4 screws holding the back on.

Set aside the back and the plastic shield

The backside of the circuit board is now exposed.

Remove the highlighted components: Clockwise from the top: C17, IC1, C2, C9, C22, R32

Using the end of the 470k resistor (or other small lead, bridge pins 3 & 4.

Clip off the 470k resistor and save for later.

Remove the sticker

DIP8 socket, note orientation, dent towards top of board

Insert LF353 op-amp, note orientation dot at top left corner.

Move the DC Jack to expose the circuit board for the LED

Remove screw from LED board

Remove LED. Note the "helping hands" used to hold the board in place.

Try to keep the solder in place for the red and orange leads connected to the board.

Insert the new LED using the white spacer that was on the old LED

The shorter lead goes to pad attached to the green wire

solder and clip the leads.

Put the pedal back together, reversing all previous dis-assembly steps.

Don't forget the Sticker. It will make your friends jealous and enemies enraged at the amazing tone of your chorus pedal.

I didn't remove the ACA sticker as this is a customers pedal. But I will let them know it should be removed.
